Installation:
Before installing, delete the old patch first
Make sure you have deleted the option file and the old patch database file from cider (.bin) or cpk
Can use datapack DLC 1-7 or not
Click 2x “t99_2021_v3_setup.exe” and enter the password to continue the install process
Choose the install location correctly
After the install process is complete, don’t forget to re-generate DpFileList.bin
